Now is making a great product with zinc and copper together. This product didn't have biofilm creating stearate added to it for manufacturing flow, or I wouldn't have bought it. It's a good product with decent ingredients. I hope NOW continues making it without stearate or other harmful or unnecessary chemicals, so I will keep buying it.

I love this supplement. I’m 68 and do not want to get every cold and flu bug. The zinc in this does not upset my stomach at all and I have an extremely sensitive stomach. The price is very reasonable.

dont know it it has any effect, but i do feel better taking these, hope not placebo effect

normally, i don't feel any different when i have vitamins but at less doent have any side effect. it could be me,

This gave me symptoms as if I got flue and throat infection. Also cause breathing difficulties while climbing stairs. It also disrupted my sleep. When I stopped using it, all went back to normal. First time I have in issue with a NOW product!!! Stay away.

Took these for about 10 days, the 1st few times after taking 1 with breakfast I felt nauseous with a headache, I knew it was these capsules because it would suddenly come on after taking 1. There was a few days in-between I was ok, by the 9th or 10th day I felt like I had flu and had Diarrhea. So I won't be taking again , it must be something to do with the L-opti version because it's more easily absorbed it goes in the body too quickly , not sure why I had these adverse reactions.
