I have not used yet, but I will say they look beautiful. I wanted something bright and they meet that request. The only reason why I didn't give them a five star is because these suitcases don't have the expander. What I was most impressed about being their customer services. I was having trouble with the TSA locks that are built on (love that). They got back to me the same day and a nice video to explain how doing it. Altought the instruction included explain, I for some reason missed reading it. User error not the product. So far super happy. I can't wait to use them.

At first , when I seen this luggage set I was so impressed on how beautiful the color and the look was. So I packed for a three week vacation and it didn't even make it out the airport without the wheel breaking on the biggest case! So I blamed it on the airport and went on with my business. The next couple of Day's I was set to go on a cruise and when they go to my cabin another wheel was missing on the medium size case. I was so frustrated and upset because, there was no way I could have gotten a new luggage set being that I was on a cruise. Let's just say it's two weeks later and I'm home but, my suitcases have two wheel on each.

I am a little worried when I receive the luggage, I am not sure if it can hold my huge package, But I decide to try it as it looks very nice The large case is huge and had plenty of room for 2 adults, So I haven’t use it.I’ve used for 2 times with the middle and small size for bus trips, plane trips, taxi rides, They are Lightweight but incredibly durable. What is funny is:I complain to my husband the luggage got some scratch after trip, then he come and found there is one thin film on the body. After remove the film, I got a new luggage again, the scratch is on the film only..... You can’t beat the price with such Gorgeous quality. I like them.

Suitcases held up very well during a month long international trip across several countries. The reseller was excellent to work with and very responsive. Two thumbs up!

I purchased this set. Took the larger piece to Europe. It didn’t survive the first flight. The entire wheel and big chunk of case were ripped off. The airline had to give me something to use to last the rest of my trip.

I really loved the look of the luggage. However on my first flight, the corner cracked on the large piece and on the return flight home, the wheel cracked. Would not recommend

Used the 28 inch for the first time and the wheel broke offHad to throw it away . Now need to repurchase another.
