High quality and good power
I was pleasantly surprised to find that this impact gun is made very well and has really good torque compared to brand name one's. I'm sure it will serve anyone well that needs a inexpensive high torque and durable impact gun for heavy duty use!

Great back up impact
I’m waiting on parts to come in for my Mac/Dewalt 1/2 gun and need something to get be by for a couple weeks. Used it all day long today at work as a full time auto technician. No issues, seems to have close to the same power as my Mac 20v. I plan on using this at home and backup for when my main one has problems. This sees probably 100 trigger pulls a day at full force.

Great for the price
It’s not a Milwaukee or Dewalt but it gets the job done for what I need. Great to have if you get a flat so you don’t have to take lugs off by hand and also for light DIY repairs

The right tool for the job!
I had to put new struts on my van and this impact made short work of it.

Works Great with DeWalt Battery!
Very powerful impact wrench and it worked great with a 20 volt DeWalt battery. Used this tool to take off lawn mower blades on a riding lawn mower. Those can get pretty stuck on but just a "zip zip" and the blade was removed. So very happy with this purchase!

Excellent choice for 1/2" impact tool.
A very solid and well-built 1/2" impact driver that uses standard 20v Dewalt batteries. Has 3 tightening speeds and one loosening speed with selectable burst mode on loosening. Convenient forward/lock/reverse push button next to trigger. Has variable speed trigger for better control. Removes/tightens lug nuts from passenger cars and trucks - no problem. Drives large lag screws into treated wooded fence posts - no problem. This tool has a lot of power (600 ft-lbs tightening, 700 ft-lbs loosening) and easy to use. Very satisfied with this purchase.

No control over reverse
There's a lot to like about this tool, and for me, a fatal flaw as well. I haven't used it yet - just attached a battery and gotten to know it. But I've decided to return it and try something else.Fatal flaw: the speed/power setting only applies to the forward/tighten direction. Furthermore, there is variable speed controlled by the trigger. For reverse, though, it's high speed/power only - no speed/power selection and no trigger control.Sometimes you want to be gentle on a bolt you're loosening. Suppose it's weak and you don't want to break it. Maybe it's a smaller fastener. This tool has no finesse available. It's a shame, too - forward speed has all that; why not reverse also? If this was one of 2 or three impact wrenches you owned, you could reserve this one for removing axle nuts, etc. But I will only have 1 impact, so it needs to be able to do it all.Not fatal, but annoying, is the reverse free-spin limiter. It will only free-spin about half a second in reverse. No problem under load, but as soon as the bolt breaks free, it stops. You will need to squeeze the trigger repeatedly to spin the nut/bolt out. It's weird to speak of firmware when discussing an impact wrench, but that's the issue here. To tool itself seems great, but the firmware ruins it for me.
