Creatine Monohydrate Powder (Fruit Punch, 500 Gram)

I’ve been using this Nutricost Creatine Monohydrate for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with the quality. The fruit punch flavor tastes surprisingly good — not too sweet and easy to mix with water or juice. It dissolves well, with no clumps or gritty texture. In terms of performance, I’ve noticed a clear improvement in my strength and endurance during workouts. Recovery feels faster too. It’s also great that this product is micronized, which makes it easier on the stomach compared to other brands I’ve tried. The price is very reasonable for 500g (76 servings), and the quality is consistent. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable creatine supplement with a good flavor option.

Great product, easily dissolved, and I like the fruit punch flavor. My only complaint is that they have now switched to a short handled scoop and that makes it difficult to get to the bottom unless I transfer the creatine to another shorter container

I’ve been using Nutricost Creatine Monohydrate consistently as part of my regular training routine. The flavor quality is decent, but it does lean a bit artificial in my opinion. The closest comparison I can make is a slightly chalky Kool-Aid. It’s not bad, just not as clean-tasting as some higher-end flavored creatines. If you’re sensitive to artificial sweetener flavor, you’ll probably notice it. In terms of performance, I did notice clear improvements in my workouts over time. Strength and endurance felt more consistent, and I was able to push a little harder during sessions once it built up in my system. Nothing dramatic overnight — just steady, expected creatine results. Mixability was average. It dissolves fairly well but can leave a bit of residue if it sits. Overall, I was impressed with the effectiveness. While I still prefer some of my higher-end options for flavor, this one delivers on performance and I would consider buying it again if those premium options weren’t available.

Holy hot dog, this stuff is EXTREMELY sweet. No matter how much water I mix it with, it doesn’t really get better. It’s artificial sweetener, so it’s like drinking liquid candy. I’ll try the unflavored one next. This one is not a bit too sweet, it’s overwhelming :/ will update my review if the unflavored is better. UPDATE: I purchased the unflavored version and am adjusting from 3 stars to 5 stars. The unflavored version is truly unflavored. I mix it into my morning glass of water that I drink after waking up. It dissolves completely with just a bit of hot water. I just add some ice cubes to cool it back down after it is all mixed in. I will keep purchasing this product going forward.

Great taste, but doesn’t dissolve fully. After a solid minute of shaking in a bottle, a deposit of powder will settle on the bottom, and no amount of shaking fully dissolves it. If you don’t shake it up before each sip, you will end up with half the powder stuck to the bottle by the time the bottle is empty. Additionally, the 500g container is too slender to fit your hand inside of, which is a problem considering the included scoop is only about 3 inches long. Once I got to the lower third of the container I had to dump it into a ziplock bag as I could not effectively reach the powder with the provided scoop. The container should either be shorter and wider, or come with a longer handled scoop.

After a long vacation from any type of supplements I decided to go with Creatine. The taste is good so made the load up phase a lot easier. After losing 15 pounds just doing cardio, I needed to gain muscle. I used to take Creatine when I was younger to keep tone. Getting older you need a little push. I noticed after doing the load up phase I had more energy after jogging 3 miles to do sets of weights. On non cardio day I noticed I was easily doing more reps of everything with no soreness. I am in no rush for an gains, just looking to stay fit and tone. Pros: Tastes ok. It works. Cons: Does not totally dissolve. Even if you leave it for 24 hours. You just have to pour more water in your bottle the get it all. Drinking all that water will make you go the restroom way more than you think. On the last night of taking creatine I must have woke up 4 times during the night. Dear lord! Now I am back to sleeping all night. So make sure you take note of that if you are working during the day. If you are older and have prostate issues, this may do you more harm than good, but I am no doctor. Overall I am happy and will put it on my subscriptions when I figure out how long it lasts. I would include pictures of my progress, but I am too sexy and don't want to stop others from buying if they don't see the same results.
