I have used it for quite some time and I really didn’t get any benefit from it. I can’t recommend it, it seems to be either ineffectual or too hard to understand the use easily. I didn’t expect anything from this grounding sheet. I’d been curious about grounding since I had talked to a man at a spa who said he used one.To my surprise, the bottoms of my feet tingled when I put them on the sheet, which was plugged into the ground on a surge protector. I had been waking up multiple times through the night, but I slept straight through the first night I used this. I also felt more rested than usual upon awakening. It continues to be helpful after a couple weeks of using it.Bare skin contact is important to get the best effects from this grounding sheet. With the weather turning warmer, I sleep in t-shirt and shorts (sometimes less) so the skin on my legs and arms touch the sheet.One potentially irksome quality of this sheet is that it looks like a dish towel. Another is that it wrinkles badly after having been through the wash, so I iron it on low heat to make it lie flat. Finally, it’s rather small, but it is inexpensive. In my opinion, that makes it a low-risk item to see if you respond to grounding.I got a continuity tester to check the sheet and it shows that the sheet is working. Very happy that I had the chance to try this out!

Ordered this item for my husband who suffers from restless leg and insomnia but it was way to small for a regular size bed, honestly it wouldn't even fit on a cot !! Very small. Sent item back and was refunded. Thanks

So small no way to keep in place

A) Stating that you slept on it and it felt like sleeping on a dish towel - DUH! You are not supposed to feel low level shocks, is that what you wanted?? It is a low level transference of electricity, you SHOULD NOT be able to detect it.B) Stating that you slept on it for a week and notice no effects, that's like taking vitamin c supplement for a week and demanding a refund because you don't notice an improved immune system. That's absolutely ridiculous! And if this company has issued refunds to these people - it shouldn't be. This is a practice you do long term, just like anything else, you don't exercise for a week and complain you are not longer obese. Exposure to this charge *over time* can help with inflammation, pain, and all sorts of other things. But it doesn't work for everyone in the same way and blaming the product in cases where your body doesn't respond is stupid.3) The size is clearly stated. This is not meant to replace your bed sheet. You can buy a full queen size, but it's going to be WAY more expensive! This is a budget option for people who want the benefits and maybe don't need their entire bed covered - and if your bed isn't full of people, why would you need electricity charging every corner? You don't. This is a personal sheet. You'll pay more than double for an earthing sheet which covers the whole bed.My ReviewThis works great! And I did use my multimeter to check that it was outputting electricity. It didn't seem to be at first, so I moved my grounding rod to an area of earth higher up and added some water to the area around the rod. Not once did I assume that I had a faulty product, that's really almost impossible. All this is is conductive wire, which connects to the fabric. It's a very simple product. I already had two plug olins at my bed - one for a sheet, one for a pillow case, but I wanted an area for my dog to sleep on and so I got this. She was always trying to squeeze into my sheet and this will give us both more room. She goes for this spot every time! I'm hoping it will help with her arthritis, it's okay that we don't notice an immediate difference, we KNOW the long term benefits are coming. Super easy to set up, good price, and lots of metal threads - which is what you want! Wonderful product!

I ordered the COUSLEWI Grounding Sheet because I have several grounding mats that I love and wanted to try one that was more like a sheet. The sheet is a nice size at 27.52. We have a king sized bed and I can put it horizontally across the top so our hands rest on it as we sleep or at the bottom so our feet do. The same method would work for queen and full beds but twins could probably just go lengthwise. It is made of 5% Coductivity Silver Fibre & 95% Cotton and therefore is a lot nicer to touch than the leathery mats I've been using. It didn't come with a grounding tester but I have several and it does respond as grounding if I touch it right on the silver lines. So, not as reactive as a mat. It also doesn't stay put at all because it is lighter than a mat. I would not buy this again and would recommend the mats over this because the whole thing shows as a strong grounding.
