Yes, but if you are using tubes instead of tubeless, you need to make sure that your existing tube's core can be removed! If it is removable, you will see a flat spot on the end like the picture. You can use a tool or needle nose pliers to remove it. Eric

Yes! The core is agnostic of stem size or brand as long as it's a presta stem.

What is the screw size for the part that screws into the stem and for the dust cap screw?

According to wikipedia, both threads are 12-24. I looked at my valve cores and they do look bigger than #10. The threads for the dust cap are much deeper than the threads for the core. I do not have a way to measure them myself.
