The media could not be loaded.  Got this for my son's birthday party. I added flying butterflies in between the boxes, money and confetti, he loved it. I was a little worried because of mixed reviews but I think the problem is that people aren't opening up the surprise boxes prior to stacking them in the main box. You have to open them to "activate" the rubber band. Once you do that you will notice the box is actually springy and will bounce open. Fairly easy to put together and can definitely be reused!

The media could not be loaded.  Very enjoyable gift opening experience. The confetti adds an enhanced effect to the boxes exploding out. Even better with the dollar bills and confetti placed in between each folded box. Just advise the person opening it to fully extend the flap over so that the boxes spring out in the best way. Setting it up was easy, just stack everything in one hand, place it carefully in the box without letting go, and close the lid quickly. I tried it multiple times and each time was successful.

I bought this as a way to give my sister some cash for Christmas in a fun way. I had her take it to the garage since we were opening it in my other sisters’ house and she cannot stand confetti and glitter on the carpets. The whole family gathered in the garage for the final present to be opened and not 1 box popped opened. We had a laugh and she dumped the glitter and it was still fun but that’s because we are fun people! Maybe they need to include better instructions or link to a video of someone putting it together but the explosion was a let down. I’m just glad I bought it when it was on sale. I’d be pissed if I spent $20 and it didn’t work.

Definitely didn’t blow up like in the video. I bought four, had the kids open them at the same time, two worked pretty good, two not so much, but since they were all together we got the effect. It was a fun way to give cash gift.

I ordered 12 for all my grandkids. It was a great idea for giving money in a more fun way. Some of them worked and some didn’t. It appeared if the product was not in a warm place they would not expand and pop. So really it was hit or miss. Don’t keep them in a cold car before delivery.

I decided to get these to increase the fun factor of giving money as a Christmas present. Having read disappointing reviews I tried to make sure the rubber bands were set up properly in order to really pop the boxes out of the gift box. The first one worked fantastically, and surprised my son like I had hoped! The second not so much but I think that was because my younger son was sitting down and had it too close to his body. If it was more towards the middle of his lap when he opened the box, I think it would have worked perfectly. All in all a success!!

The little pop up boxes are fun but a pain to set up. Came with lots of other exciting stuff to watch explode out of the box. Beware overstuffing it though!

Even after very carefully loading the brand new, crisp bills when opened it didn't really "pop" very well. My expectation is that the bills will fly up into the air at least a foot or two. But they just kind of flop up and out.Still a fun way to gift cash but not as good as it could be. My guess is the original works better, but of course no way to tell except to read the reviews.

Was a fun surprise way to give a money gift for the hard to shop for. They get open a prezzy and watch it burst open and rain money! It’s reusable as well.Definitely was worth it. Super easy to set up as well.

This product came damaged so I’m not sure I will be using it. May return it.

I have not actually given the gift yet. However it was supposed to come with two gift bags because I purchased two boxes and did not get any gift bag. Disappointing.
