Standard Chimney Pot Cowl with Bird Guard Solid Fuel Rain Top Terracotta Colour by Colt

Simple item which was bought to stop pesky birds getting into the chimney and flue. Our heat engineer fitted it after a couple of trial-and-error attempts (cage goes outside the 'legs') and it was secured firmly and easily.No birds and no rain down the chimney so does the job perfectly!

We found this item did the job perfectly stopped the birds getting in the chimney when the log burner not in use and stopped the rain coming down the chimney. Would highly recommend!!

Again this is far too big for my chimney despite the description of being able to go down to my size. Tbh it would look stupid as well as unsafe I think.

Great value item -no instructions but pretty simple to fit, recommend tightening up the band with a power driver on low torque setting works a treat
