I bought this to lower the height of my shower head so that my 8 year old can be more independent while showering. It works perfectly and the suction is very good. I like that I can easily remove or relocate it when needed. It feels and looks like quality.

So, I don't review a lot of items, but I felt like this was one where I was really looking for help when I bought it. I just took a chance on this one without much confidence, and I'm glad I did.I'm showing the primary shower head and the handheld. They are Peerless Westchester in brushed nickel. The first concern was whether the color of this unit would be a close match, and I can't see any difference in color at all. To my eyes, it looks like it came as part of the set.The second concern was adhesion. We have pretty smooth tile, but it's certainly not like glazed ceramic smooth. No kind of suction apparatus was going to work. Also, the handheld is heavy, and since it sits at an angle in the holder, it's creating a lot of pressure to pull the top of the holder down off the wall.I cleaned the wall and then rubbed it with alcohol wipes and let it dry. Once it was fully dry, I attached the sticky pad and mounted the unit. I wanted to give it some time to really set, so I didn't put the handheld into it for 2 days. When I did, there were no problems, and it still seems very sturdy.I feel like it will have to fall down at some point, and when it does, I'll come back and update on what lifespan I got from it.I almost knocked a star off because it's just plastic, but it looks very good and it's doing it's job. Any metal would have just increased the weight. It feels solid.

Works well for about 6-9 months and then will finally fall off and scare the crap out of you in the middle of the night. Hooks back up easily for another 6 - 9 months. Afraid it is going to break the tile one of these falls so will probably find a permanent holder.

This is great quality. Opted for suction and it does not disappoint. Very strong suction and sturdy and works well with our Moen handheld for use with our toddler. He gets to practice taking showers now as a toddler! Thank you.

Perfect and stays up

The fixture itself is great. Fits my shower head perfectly. The downside to the product is the backing the they put on it. The shower head we put in it is never really used and never touched and yet twice in a week half since putting it up the fixture has already crashed to the floor of my shower because the backing of the fixture does not stick to tile at all very well

Bought for my shorter daughter that needed an option to put shower head at a lower height. She has a disability and sometimes has a difficult time putting handle in holder. Easy install. Installed 6 months ago.

Final update Sept 2018: It was great while it lasted. Unfortunately the holder fell off the wall yet AGAIN... leaving behind the 3M adhesive still attached to the wall. I give up. Save your money and look for something else!!!!!!!!!!!!!Oil rubbed bronze finish is very nice. Solid piece. I ordered this because I didn't want to drill holes into my new tile wall. It was missing the 3M adhesive disc and I needed this feature as my tile walls are not smooth and the suction did not work. I'll be contacting Amazon in hopes to resolve the missing adhesive.Update: The seller reached out to me immediately and apologized for the error. They mailed the missing adhesive and included a handwritten apology note. Now that's GREAT customer service.Update 2: I received the 3M adhesive in a few days as promised and installed the shower head holder as instructed. It held for about 2 days then the holder fell off BUT the 3M adhesive remained on the tile. Ugh! Reaching out to the seller.... update to follow.Update 3: The seller sent me another 3M adhesive immediately at no charge and I installed the holder again... so far, so good (it's been about 2 weeks). It's holding on!! Hallelujah!! This has turned out to be the perfect shower holder for us! I would def recommend purchasing this if you're in need!!
