Although it is described as a "Rear View Backup Camera", a better description would be "Trailer Hookup Camera". The angle of the camera is lower than a normal rear view camera, so the actual rear view is limited; however, I wanted this to make connecting to my trailers quicker and easier, and it is perfect for that. It was easy to replace after removing the cover from the inside of my tailgate, and running the wiring to my aftermarket radio/display and backup light wire. It is reasonably clear, and makes hooking up my trailers much easier.

Because of the placement of the camera on this product, you can only see the ground behind you. It is not like a normal camera view for a reverse camera, its at too vertical of an angle. Would not recommend this particular camera. Also, it failed after about 3 months

Into cols to install minus 15 out,so just bench tested. Will only work if your monitor can take analog video. All plastic construction so hopes it's hold up in cold and hot. Instructions were a little lacking, but only a couple of wires to hook up
