They are pretty easy to change once you put the holes together/ inside the filter. I think it took me around 10 minutes to do it but for some people, it will take about three minutes because I couldn’t get the holes together right with the filter at first until I got the hang of it.

Our water is really bad. It clogs up a reverse osmosis in no time. The frustrating thing is that these will only last a few months before needing to be replaced. But they work.

Worked fine for a year until it was time to replace the filters. So many issues from leaks to unpleasant taste of water. We contacted Customer Services on several occasions and they are taking their time replacing the defective filters. It has been over a month. Just frustrating!

I didn’t realize how bad our water was until after we installed and used these filters! Our water went from testing at over 250 ppm to 1, and the water tastes better than bottled water! We have recommended it to so many friends and family members, too!

Very happy with filters when working. However after installation, it began to leak profusely. I found 2 of the filters had dents in the O rings. Arghhh. This happened when I installed the new system as well and I forgot about it. There should be far better quality control on the O Rings!!

For the first year the water tasted pretty good, even after the 6 month replacements. But when we changed out the yearly ones, which included the new RO filter, there's a taste to the water that isn't good. If I had to guess what it tastes like, it's kinda like chlorine. Not the same as in tap water, but like if you sucked on wet paper towel. Really hoping the taste fades soon. I'll try to post an update in a couple weeks.
