Brought these to replace old ones and am please as they are much improved. Read my kindle in jacuzzi a lot and know it’s safe

Second one I had as the first finally gave up the ghost and split. Only dropped one star because I sometimes find that when wanting to 'turn pages' it can be a little erratic, sometimes not changing at all and then seemingly being so sensitive it flips forward two or more pages but that could be the kindle I suppose. Wouldn't be without it - what would bath time be like without a good 'book'.

Although good waterproof cover I found I was unable to easily use the kindle in it. The screen kept jumping to different font sizes and I had to keep taking it out of the cover to correct it. I had a different type of cover previously which was much more effective.

Yes I'm addicted to the internet, it's not my fault, it just sort of happened after a period of sustained use. Also I got my Kindle and then I was thinking but how do I read in the bath, I can't have books just for the bath, that'd be silly and I'd never finish them, I can't stay in the bath for a week, I wrinkle easily.This waterproof case is a revelation, now I can not only read my Kindle in the bath but I can tweet, I can use the internets, I can have sensible conversations and no one will know I am actually nekkid in the bubbles of my bath, I can even watch tv or movies in the bath, I tell you life from now on may never be the same, if I look like a severely wrinkled old prune the next time you see me it's not because I am approaching 40 it's because I have just spent the last three months in the bath finishing War and Peace.

Seemed good.Being careful tested it with something non electronic - seemed dry.Used with kindle for a while then dropped in bath - kindle wet and dead.Possibly good for splash protection but wouldn't trust to be watertight.Shame as seemed a good idea.No way of telling if has developed a leak until a problem occurs.Probably stick to traditional books for bathtime reading.

I did not think ahead I also have a cover like a book on my kindle so when the kindle switches off you have to do a bit of manovering to switch it back on. In principle it does work and did not let any water into my kindle. It just me being ultra protective with the cover that hampered it a bit.

mine remained waterproof when fully submerged in 3 feet of water for about a minute.

Easy to use kept my kindle dry, sand & suncream free while on a beach holiday. I did not test fully in water
