I work bent over most of the time. And have pretty poor posture. I purchased this because it looked like it would be good for getting those knots in the back of my neck. This roller takes away all the pain and tightness you feel. I tend to get tight neck muscles from doing overhead work and one session with this massager loosens it right away. I like the quality of this one. It feels firm, you can control the pressure, and you can adjust it to target the exact area you want. Takes a bit of getting used to how it works, but you won't regret it.

Overall this helped with neck pain. I feel like the arms are a little flimsy, but it does the job. And heads up if you have long hair - it does grab my hair even when I tie it up.
