I am very happy with this Singer sewing machine. It is easy to use, smooth, and perfect for both beginners and regular sewing projects. The stitching is neat and consistent, and the machine feels sturdy and well built. It handles different fabrics well and doesn’t make too much noise. Setup was simple, and the instructions were clear. Overall, this is a reliable sewing machine that delivers great performance and value. Highly recommended!

Great machine. Tons of accessories I'll never use, but for the creative they would be great. I gave 5 stars, though 4 might have been appropriate, because the auto needle threader is more tricky than I would like. It is difficult to use. I called Singer to get a manual. They sent me a link along with a couple videos demonstrating threading, etc. You will definately want to do that, too. The videos are clear and helpful. The manual is thorough and much needed. I am an experienced sewer, yet needed those details for this new machine. I had a Singer for 50 plus years! Sewed my sons clothes and created quilts, etc. With all those memories I was sad to replace it. But it would cost more to repair the old than to buy new. I wanted another Singer because mine had lasted so long! This machine is so much more powerful. I'm sewing a waterproof canvas patio cover. Incredibly better. I've sewn more than half on the old machine; and now, with this new machine, it stitches so easily! The straight stitches are a breeze, the added bulk of tie-down grips are much easier as the machine feels like its simply straight stitching rather than bogging and trudging through thickness. Awesome! I am very happy with this new machine and anticipate years of use.

So far, this machine has performed as expected. I haven't machine sewn in many years, so I'm getting reacquainted. It's easy to use & seems fairly sturdy. I do wish that the metal pressure foot plate was larger, to accommodate magnetically attached curbs, etc.

This Singer machine is GREAT !! Have had Bernina, Baby Locke & other Singer machines in the past. At 80 I am not doing as much various types, but if I were this machine would meet all my needs except embroidery. Highly recommend and a reasonable price !!

I bought this machine on October 6th. It was delivered within 2 weeks. I was so excited. Today is November 25th and as I’m sewing, the bobbin got all bunched up somehow and now the needle will not catch the bobbin thread. I’ve been sewing for 35+ years. I know what I’m doing. The needle isn’t bent, it’s been re-threaded, a new bobbin has been inserted but the needle will not catch the bobbin thread. I don’t even see the top thread looping in the bobbin case. I spent a lot of money on this machine and it only sewed for two weeks before breaking. Unacceptable. Absolutely unacceptable.

This was a hard decision but I did send it back. It didn't perform any better than my old one.

What is sewing machine for my grandson? He is the designer he loves. It works great for him. That’s what he expected to do. So easy to thread. He said all the functions perfectly and it’s got a lot of power behind it. He can so whatever he needs. He’s sold seats for his dad’s boat.
