If you are on the fence about a HVAC scent diffuser for your home, I highly recommend purchasing this one. The cost is spot on, it’s very easy to install, and the results are AMAZING! I am so happy with this purchase! The only thing I would say I wish was better, is the instructions. Kind of hard to navigate for a first time user. But searching YouTube on installations of other similar products helped. Now in hindsight it probably wasn’t necessary - but I wanted to make sure I installed it right and didn’t mess up something on my HVAC. Again, it’s super easy - only takes a few min to install. So if you are on the fence about getting it, stop and just buy it. You won’t be disappointed!

Just a disaster Bluetooth technology which works some times and does not at other times. It appears more than one manufacturer name share the same software under different names so its confusing for sure. You end of having to rename the devies or else its confusing all the time as to which device you are controlling. Other operating weaknesses and challenging operating instructions make this a 2-star review...which is gracious.

The JCLOUD smart scent air machine pro has my home smelling amazing. We have a small 1500 square foot home. It’s just my wife and me but we have three dogs. Our home doesn’t smell bad but you can definitely tell we have dogs. Well we got the JCLOUD smart sent air machine pro and placed it on top of a book shelf in the living room. It has made the whole house smell like a 5 star resort. We chose to get the JCLOUD essential oil in the oriental charm sent. We wanted to try it in our home as a stand alone unit and when our new home is completed we will be installing it as an HVAC sent diffuser. Just seeing how well it works as a stand alone I can’t wait to see how it works integrated into the homes HVAC.

This company has great customer service. I reached out to them via email because the aroma link app was not connecting to my machine so I was not able to control in via my phone. They responded quickly. They asked me a series of questions to troubleshoot the issue. We went back and forth over email a few times and when they couldn’t resolve the issue they offered to send me a new machine. They expedited a new machine which I received a few days a later!

We originally did not have this hooked to our HVAC and we did not care for how it smelled. A little too powerful. After hooking to our down stairs HVAC, approx. 1500 Square Feet, we smell it downstairs and it amazing. Make sure that you have the fan kick on every now and then with your unit, even if there is no heat or air. We also have a separate unit upstairs, we will be buying another for upstairs. Amazing, smells great in our house. I was tired of buying the wall units, this is far better. Would recommend 100%.
