These weights are perfect for my pilates exercises and for walks with slight resistance. They are comfortable and easily tighten around a wrist or ankle. They are quiet and dont swish around like the older sand weights did. Very comfortable! Highly recommend.

These weights are great! I love the style, as well as how they feel when they are on. My only issue I had was the at the Velcro was a little bit uncomfortable, but once I wore them a few times they got a bit more comfortable. I enjoy wearing them for Pilates as well as an extra challenge on my walks. I also love the color and they make my outfits cute too! Recommend these, just know they might need broken in!

These are great when you want to add more to your regimen! They are very comfortable to wear and can be adjusted. They also come with a nice storage bag!

Even though these are 1 lb each they are heavy. If you already use wrist or ankle weights these might not work for you. For beginners they are great. I wish I had bought a second pair so I could use them on my ankles and wrists at the same time.
