Good Exercise Mat
This mat is thick and quality made. It has a no frills appearance, is comfortable to your knees, stays put when exercising and has no smell to speak of. This is the second one I have owned. The first one was extremely durable, but my dog got a hold of it...

So comfortable for PT exercises
I needed a mat thick enough that I could kneel on it without knee pain for all my floor exercises. This one works great!!

A must have with hard wood floors.
Great Matt great price if you have hardwood floors this is a lifesaver. I love working out on it doesn't matter the position you choose. What highly recommend. Padding is nice and thick.

Perfect!
Very easy to roll up and carry around, has no smell, right amount of cushion, doesn’t slide around and it’s longer than the standard gym mat. I’ve used it for five workouts so far and I’m really glad I bought it.
