Excellent for their intended purpose! Well made, large and strong…they are also ideal for making small area electric fence protection sections. I’m using them to protect a bird feeding table from Squirrels set within a small dog cage. The insulators are screwed into the wood mounting table around the cage and carry the electric fence wires. The insulators are robust, long and extremely practical to use. Also useful for carrying Amateur Radio antenn wires. Highly recommended.

I used them to put up an electric fence to keep out badgers. They were really quick and easy to use.
