I like for balance exercising, and I felt like the price was affordable. Item is easy to inflate appears to be very sturdy. The pump could be slight bit more sturdy. Don’t know how long it will last.

I wanted a bosu ball after physical therapy but didn't want to pay the price for the brand name. I purchased this after looking at many different balance balls and their reviews. I have to say that I think the quality of this balance ball is exceptional. I think it is close the the one I used in physcial therapy. I would rate it 10 out 10 and highly recommend.

This product is great quality the handles give so many great options for working out. The tool to fill it up is useless and took way too long if you have a pump air filler use this instead took two seconds.

you may need an air pump for bicycle or similar, because the pump they provide is hard to use, or at least it gave me some trouble, but I had my own pump and it was very easy tu inflate with that

I bought this to strengthen my hips as well as my ankles and knees after having hip replacement surgery. I like using this exercise equipment and would buy this again. Highly recommend! And besides, way cheaper than the name-brand exercise stuff.

I bout this item to help my rehabilitation from a broken foot. Nice and durable.

The 25" ball is the perfect size. The rubber seems like it will hold up to abuse. The directions stink and do not give a inflation pressure. This page says no more than 20 cm, I used a ruler and level. the pump was tossed immediately as it was useless. I broke the tip off and used it on my shop compressor. The packaging comes with a workout card and 3 yellow inflation port plugs. Overall, I'm satisfied and would recommend to anyone looking for a bosu style ball
