Awesome product results!
This Substance brand is really good. I decided to try fiber & spice because it had plenty of healthy ingredients and it is fiber rich. At times, I have nagging digestive issues from eating late at night or while on the go. The number of capsules per day is higher than other products but well worth it!!! I feel great and I recommend trying this brand. I will definitely buy again.

8 capsules a day!
This may work for others but at 8 capsules a day, it is a no go for me. You are suppose to take 4 capsules in the morning and 4 capsules in the evening. Too much for me.

works
the psyllium husk in here...makes you go really fast. 30 min after taking this, I was already in the bathroom detoxing. only bad thing is that for the first week of taking this, I ended up being gassy all day long. I guess I really did need some good detoxing lol anyway afterwards, it was fine.

Good stuff! Actually works
I tried this product first with just one bottle. I felt it working after fairly quickly…within a week. I highly recommend this product and will be adding more of their products to my daily routine

not sure about the ingredients
My gastro recommends fiber supplements to his patients. i normally buy the big bottles from a wholesale club. I pay about 2 cents/pill for those. Five of them (one serving) have two grams of fiber and five calories. Four of these pills (one serving) are supposed to contain eight grams of fiber and 50 calories. Since the pills are the same size, I can't figure out how these, which have psyllium fiber plus the bark of white willow, cinnamon, slippery elm, and some spices can have so much more fiber than the ones that are 100% psyllium (plus gelatin, probably for the capsule).I looked up some numbers and one teaspoon of psyllium has four grams of fiber. Looking at the pills, four probably have less than two teaspoons of ingredients. So, either the fiber numbers are wrong, they have very little of the added ingredients, or both.I checked the labels of other brands of fiber pills. They tend to show five pill dosages have two grams of fiber. I see nothing that would make this label's claim of eight grams for four pills logical. The big box store's bottle is lab tested for quality. It does not list the lab. They are made in India. This is not have any certifications. It is made in the US.They are fine, but I just don't trust the label.
