Works great
This was a great buy. I gave the second one to a friend. We just took a bread making class and this is a must have.

Great for sourdough
I got these to load my sourdough boules into my preheated dutch ovens. They work great for that purpose. It makes loading them in so much easier. They don’t rip like parchment paper.

Matt is really great, just smaller than I thought
The mat does as you would expect however I found it was too small for my needs

Not rated for 480° as stated
I ordered this in particular because the description states it can be used up to 480°F. The product arrived and it states on the box safe up to 230°C, which is 446°F, not 480°F
