I’ve always had over-supination walking problems. My shoes would wear down on the outside heel, and the more they wore down, the worse the supination problem was and the more uncomfortable walking would be. I bought a set of these to try out in my shoes for work and I can’t tell you how much of a difference they’ve made. My walking is more comfortable, I have the support where I need it on the outside heel, and my shoes aren’t wearing down as fast as they usually do. I like how they come with the three layers, so you can adjust them to be right for you. I used all three layers. The adhesive is very good, too, I was happy with that and I placed them underneath the insole and I haven’t had any problems with them moving around. I’ll be buying a pair of these for each pair of shoes I own. If you’ve always wondered if orthopedics would help you, but are apprehensive to spend the money seeing a specialist, do like I did and try these out first. The price is so reasonable, you will be doing yourself a favor to see if this will be a solution for you. Pain relief is amazing and my walking is better. They’re durable and flexible. Performance is great, Arch support is a must, everything about these makes them a good purchase!

I had just lost forty lbs. and my feet were getting thinner. Along with this seemingly great news came severe foot pain on the outside of my left foot. I’ve have known, for about ten years, that my feet lean outward. This occasionally makes me more likely to fall. It hadn’t been such a big deal until my left foot, without warning, become so painful that it was literally torture to try and walk (and yes, I do mean literally.) I didn’t want to add any pressure to my foot. In fact, I needed to lessen the pressure I put on my left foot. Out of desperation, I searched and found this product. They offered corrective foot orientation as well as pain relief. They came as six gel heel inserts. Two thick and four thinner, all with an adhesive side to prevent shifting. The three set heel inserts slanted to opposite sides. Since they only covered the heel, they were interchangeable. Determining which side your feet lean determines which set you put in which shoe, outward or inward. I started with just the thickest pair. While I could feel my feet shifted inward to a degree, I still experienced my severe pain. I attached the first addition to its corresponding side, better, not perfect. Thankfully they included the third layer. The gel was very comfortable, my feet were getting corrected without any additional pressure on my left mid foot. My pain was better, no longer torture. Bonus, they made me feel taller.

I really like these. However figuring out the stacking process was frustrating. They fit perfect and create the correct heel support. The stickiness was debatable.

These heel supports are very durable, easy to insert, fit perfectly in my shoe, perform the job they were made for, perform great support to my outer foot which is what I needed. They are clear and so no one sees them and they have been very durable for me.

Move Alot! They dint stay in place

I tried them on for 2 weeks before leaving a review. First and foremost please go to the foot doctor so they can tell you what you actually need. And the degree of angle you you need as well. Luckily for me he did say I could grab them in Amazon and that's what I did. Definitely a good product for what you pay. I ended buying two one for regular and work just so I don't have to switch them around. Although they do stick good into the shoe its self. It's takes a bit getting used too but they are definitely comfortable. I made sure to get the right size as well and they fit the shoe. Now it's not a entire sole it's just heel part and you need to pay attention where you need to put the wedge part correctly for supination or pronation. I needed to have 3 degree angle and with the directions I used two wedges. The thickness looks right and feels right. Using the wedges does make you a little bit taller over all. I will most likely update in 6 month to see how I wore down the shoes hopefully even.

I bought these with some trepidation--I've tried a lot of shoe supports over the years, and none have been quite what I needed. But this set has been really helpful--I actually can wear my sneakers without ankle and heel pain! There are 3 different pieces for each side, so they can be stacked to get as much or as little help as you need, and they can be put into either shoe, thus supporting either the outside or the inside of the heel. I tried 2 different pairs of shoes, and they each needed a different amount of lift, so I put 1 set in one pair of shoes and 2 in another pair. Thus, I got 2 shoes-worth of lifts from one package of inserts. A lot of shoes and inserts focus on good arch support, which is great. But in the process, they turn the inside of my feet up--this leads to pressure on the outside of the heel. I can get cushioning for the heel, but this is the first time I've found support that slightly lifts the outside of the heel. It was very helpful! They do slide around a little bit if you don't stick them down, which means they can't be traded from shoe to shoe easily. However, that's a minor problem, in my opinion. I am buying another set, so I can put them into different pairs of shoes, as well.

This is a good, versatile wedge for your shoes. They can be used individually, or stacked on top of each other, depending on how much support you need. They are a little stiff, but work well under the orthotic prescribed by my podiatrist. Definitely more cost effective than custom orthotics.

I bought these to help alleviate ankle pain and soreness because of pronation. They are quite comfortable when you can position them in the right place and they do help straighten my ankle. However, as another person said they do not stick to anything. Your shoe or your inner sole. that means they can slip around when you take the shoe off and you have to reposition them quite frequently.

As a totally blind shopper, it's very hard for me to know if I'm getting the right product. These are not exactly like the last type I bought. They do work. But they're little large for my shoe. The adhesive is washable, but it isn't very strong. I do like that there are several types in the package.
