Very nice toaster!
This has been working out well for us. Bagels, toast....no problem. Nice looking & easy to use!

Works great, price is right!
I love how shiny it is. I love how it operates. When I first got it I wanted to practice what setting I needed to use… I set one side at number one because my husband likes his toast very very light and I set the other one on three. The difference between the two were rather shocking LOL. Level three was almost burned. But no harm done as now I know to set it at one and two! But I was very pleased with the fact that it toasted both sides totally and evenly! The outside of the toaster gets super hot very quickly. My current toaster that I am replacing is a KitchenAid and it barely gets hot on the outside. So of all the things I guess that would be the only thing I would say is a negative. But more things positive than negative. :-)

Very sleek design, works great.
Recently upgraded to a 4 slice toaster and we love this one. Separate toasting levels for my wife and I. I like getting "toasted" a little more than she does, so this unit makes both of us happy.
