It's made of stainless steel, and quite sharp.

I only bought this one, so I can't tell you what the difference is. But my dad likes this kit a lot and thinks it's practical and worth buying.

Q: How is the bag? Is it durable? Are the straps easy to break?

The bag appears to be tough and comparable to a military rucksack or vest designed for ammo. I don't think you could tear it no matter how hard you tried. All the supplies are jammed in as there are no compartments per se.

Q: Does it come with any instructions?

No, it doesn't. It's a basic kit and the items inside are simple for use.
