Before I get into the review, I want to address a complaint that I could not provide the seller. I most recently ordered the 26" size with the red strap and it took THREE ORDERS to get that version, with the black strap version coming the first two times.Anyway, moving on! I use the 31" version of these tire covers for my wife's Audi Q5 and the 26" version for my Audi A4 Avant and Porsche 911 Turbo. All of them hold summer or winter tires mounted on factory wheels. Overall, I think the product is good value for the money and will meet the needs of the casual user for their intended purpose.Pros:- They are easy to put on or remove and compress very well for storage when not needed.- The large center strap is durable and the handle is great for lifting them into the car or onto a storage rack.- The screen printed graphic showing the tire location on the vehicle is also nice for the OCD enthusiasts that keep track when swapping wheels & tires.Cons (plus some recommendations):- The outer edges (where the cinching cord threads through) is often not sewn well and some of mine frayed to the point of the cord slipping out. I ended up ripping the stitches out and double-stitching all of them.- The ends of the nylon cinch cords and the large center strap are not heat-sealed and will start to fray after a few uses. I used scissors to cut a fresh end and then a lighter to melt them slightly, but using a commercial Hot Cutter during manufacturing would easily solve this.- Some of the cord locks failed on the first set I purchased, so I ordered a bag of 25 Primoloc's from Sgt. Knots and replaced all of them.Add'l notes:- If you have a performance vehicle, the 26" version could be touch & go for sizing. The rear tires on my 997.1 Turbo are 305/30-19, which is technically 26.2" in diameter. The 26" size fits EXTREMELY tight, but the 31" size fit like MC Hammer's pants so I intentionally suffer a bit for the cleaner look.- You can see the red replacement cord locks in the attached photos as well as slat wall by ProSlat and the HyLoft 01000 storage racks, both of which I highly recommend.In summary, I prefer this lightweight style over the rugged canvas version offered by other sellers and (manufacturer take note!) would have happily paid more originally if the materials & finish were a little better.

Fits our 195/60/15 Michelins from our 15 Prius, and would presumably fit the OEM 17" Prius wheel/tire combo as the outside diameter is the same; the sidewall covers are quite extensive and completely cover the sidewall of the tires as well as the lip of the 15" rim.Note that the cover is a thin vinyl and has drawstrings to tighten the sidewall covers; not suitable for outdoor tire storage.

I wanted the cheapest tire storage things I could find. This is the cheapest!Be forewarned that you should check the diameter of your tires before purchasing, my tires just barely fit inside this and there is no additional room to tighten the red straps.The materiel is a very thin, almost plastic, cloth. It will block the light and dust from collecting on the tires, but like the picture, your rims are clearly exposed, so don't plan on stacking your tires horizontally unless you dont mind getting scuffs on your rims

Use these to cover show tires driving on to judging field. Work great. Car hauler was parked in dry, dust grass lot with loose gravel in spots. Saved the day. Others were trying to scrub red dirt off their tires and get rocks out of treads. Don't think they are designed to drive on but took a chance. The Velcro closers gave a perfect fit and were easy to drive on and drive off.

I read the other reviews, should have listened to the bad ones. First, the sterring wheel is printed on wrong side: british style. No big deal there. Each side of the tote has a cinch cord lock, or at least should. The last tote had neither. Doesn’t matter, the ones on other totes are too weak and do not hold. The totes come undone when carried. There is also red tightening strap. It too comes loose when carried. I may have replaced the cord locks and cord, but the material tore at cord entry due to poor production and/or thin material. I barely tightened and it tore. I will use, this time (summer storage of winter tires), maybe 1-2 more times. Not complete loss.

Purchased a set for transporting and storing winter tires.Simple, reasonable, and did what I expect.They have markings to designate each corner of the car. The material isn't the thickest, but was more than adequate to protect the interior trim of the car used to transport.Overall, for 1/2 the price of other offerings, they'll work exactly as needed.

It's ok for the price but does it's job. Material is very thin, like camping tent or umbrella materialsBut if I were to do it again I would spend the more expensive brand.It's one of those things that you only buy once and ultimately the price difference wouldn't really mater.Be careful when lying the tire on the side, it crushed the zip tie plastic part that keeps the bag tight.On minor thing, the car illustration on the bag is for cars with driver seats on the right.

These are thinner than the more expensive counter parts (I have tried tire rack totes which are twice the price). However I must say I am happy with these. I use them to hold tires for two cars with 18" and 19" rims/tires respectively. Fits well and covers the outer rim for both. I suppose if you intend on putting these through a lot of wear and tear they may not hold up. But my tires sit in the garage till the season changes so I think these will last.
