Good form of selenium good price
This is the best form of selenium and it works really well. If you're wanting selenium and you know why you want it, this is a good one to buy because the price is right and it works.

Good quality
I am very picky about where I get my supplements from. The store I normally use didn’t offer this. So I thought I would look on Amazon. I’ve been taking this for 3-4wks now and I can say it definitely makes a big difference for me!

Just what I needed
I have issues with some of the ingredients in multivitamins so I have to try to piece together my recommended daily value by taking individual vitamins. I wanted the lowest dose of selenium possible, close to the recommended daily value. This was the lowest I could find and it's a very reasonable cost. I purchased from Nutricost before and been happy with their vitamins. It's hard to tell if the selenium is doing anything for me but I don't have any perceived side effects from it.
