Very nice and efficient.
I actually now own two of these little heaters. I was so happy with the first one that I bought another for a sink in my shop. They are easy to install using readily available water supply lines. They can either sit on the floor or hung on a wall using a special hardware which is included. I damaged the heating element on the first one and that was difficult to replace, because the plastic heater shell does not come apart easily. The bottom of the heater should be redesigned to allow easier access to the heating element. Otherwise, a great, reliable product.

Great unit
Installed this under my bathroom sink as a helper tank. My bathroom is so far from the hot water tank it takes forever to get hot water. Installed this under the sink so I never have to wait for hot water anymore. Plan to do this at my parents house to that have the same issue I did. Great product!

Possibly used
This tank came in a generic box that was too big for it, just had a piece of plastic draped over it, screws loose in bottom of box and looks like dog scratches all over it! Not what I expected from Rheem! This didn’t happen in transport! Oh and it looks like buff marks on the side where it was “polished”

I really wanted to use this heater, but could not fit it. Easy install, sleek design. I thought it excellent.
