Scratch art.The pack contains 36 cards with 9 sheets of each theme, unicorns, mermaids, dinosaurs and oceans animals, 4 bamboo stylus and a cleaning brush. The cards have a black side and turn them over and you have a white side. On the black side you use the stylus to scrape the pattern along the lines and the white side you can paint or colour them in. This has been great for when my grandchildren come when mummy goes to work. They do have all the technology things like pads etc but i much prefer them to do things like this or just playing using there imagination.Dont need to spend a fortune to keep them entertained.

I chose this item to entertain my friends 4 year old daughter. She comes to my house often when her mums babysitter is away. I sometimes get stuck with things for her to do, and I don't have many toys laying around so it can be quite tricky. I gave her a few of these to try out and she spent ages happily playing with them, not only that but she adored the pictures too. Very easy entertainment for rainy days or a lovely gift idea for parents with younger kids that like arts and crafts. I would say my friends daughter absolutely adored doing these and now all she does is talk about it and ask when she is coming back to my house! I guess the only downside would be a little girl wanting to come hang out with an old me more often! Can't complain!

Very nice set of scratch art for children.You get 4 packs included, all with a different theme, and all are individually sealed with a wooden scratch tool. Great if you wanted to split the set up for gifts, as this could be done easily, although you do only get 1 brush tool.Very easy to do, you use the tool like a pencil and scratch off the thin black coating, to reveal the vibrant colours of the picture underneath.I got these for my little girl (5) and she really enjoyed it. It was quite a calming activity to do, and she also liked that on the back of each card was the outline of the scratch picture, so she could colour that in too.It does get a bit messy after a while, as the black coating is fine and flakes off as you scratch, but nothing too terrible.Very nice set overall, something a little bit different to do, and I think the current price makes it good value for money.

Our daughter was delighted with these rainbow scratch art books. Extremely easy to use, and the pages are thick enough, they scratch nicely, and the quality is good. Highly recommended! Great for all ages and a really wonderful present for children.

Firstly, it should be acknowledged that this really is a back-to-basics activity which is really fun and relaxing to do. No batteries, no loud noises, no bright screens, just a wooden stick and an art card of your choosing is all you need. Whilst it's simply a case of scratching away the black waxy coating to reveal the colours and picture underneath, it's truly relaxing and really engrossing. I only intended to give it a quick test, but I soon found myself quietly scratching away a whole card and enjoying every minute.Whilst the activity is fun (and cheap), I am left a little annoyed at the spelling errors on the front and back of the books. Baring in mind that this product is aimed at the younger age groups, I fine it unacceptable for the words 'Scratch & Art card' to be spelt incorrectly not to mention the rogue use of the word 'Sen' on the front(?). I just wish these manufacturers would be a little more careful with childrens toys.If you can see past the spelling issues, I'm confident that your young ones will enjoys these scratch cards.... In fact, you might like them too - I certainly did!
