I gave this a 4 as it is not real bright, as your only using the edge not the face of the strip. The strip is about 44 to 45 inches not counting the ends which don't light up. Pretty easy to install, just clean the area with degreaser, then soap and water and rinse with clean water. let dry for 20 minutes if in the shade. Peel the backing off and apply to where ever you want it. It does work as described, and does look cool, just wish it was brighter. It does get brighter when you hit the brakes and blinkers do work. It is best seen at night and not very well in the day time.
