Not a good backpack
This backpack has a very strong odor. Not sure if it's the dye or the material it's made out of, but it's not pleasant at all. My son used it for 3 weeks and the smell is still just as strong as it was the day we received it. It's not very durable either. I have attached pictures that show that the inner lining has peeled off, causing the material to weaken, making it unable to hold any weight at all. My son is 8 and in 3rd grade. He never carried more than a folder or small binder in it. I never write reviews, but I was so disappointed in this product after reading good reviews and expecting a decent product, that I thought I'd let others know.

Great for our Bug Out bags
This bag was used to create a bug out bag. Very functional and although it looks durable, I have not had it long enough to honestly report on that important aspect. Plenty of space for all items and easy to carry. May do an update next year.

Not suitable for student backpack
This is a thin book bag. I use it as a fire drill grabber for my classroom. Holds a waterbottle, small firdt aid kit, and emergency cards. Would not suggest it for student use. The zipper is thin just like the material. Won't last a school year.
