Easy remote start installed in my 2015 push to start Honda Civic Ex-L sedan.Pros:-"T-Harness" makes install a breeze-Easy install and use of factory remote (lock x 3) to remote startCons:-You need to program this unit via USB programmer sold separately-On the Honda Civic you need to manually tag the 'lock/unlock wires' and parking lights.Tips I wish I had found:-"Lock/Unlock wires" Location is in the driver kick panel, It is grey and blue. The blue wire is slightly thinner than the grey wire. I found these wires in the actual wire loom coming/going to the drivers door. There are 2 wrapped looms, and of course its the further one... There appears to be only one grey wire (still test with a volt meter) and 3 dark blue wires... The thinner dark blue wire is the one you're looking for.-The PSU brain is located to the right of the steering column. It is nearly impossible to unhook the center wiring... However, the PSU is held in by 3 10mm bolts and can be lowered for installation. Once I figured this out installation was a breeze.Overall:-I highly recommend this unit! Easy install (Flash module on computer, install, flash 2nd part on the computer, install, finished.) Easy ability to add 2 way and/or cell phone (drone) capabilities.-Unit still shuts down on opening of door while remote started, which iDatalink does not mention on for this year/model. I will contact their support center and update this review if it is able to be resolved.
