I notice a difference when I take one of these.I take one in the morning, along with a couple of the "Goodbye Stress" gummies from Olly.My mood is improved and I don't get so bent out of shape when things at work or home happen like I used to.

I take daily as well as the no stress and focus All work great for me. I take a lot of medications from insulin to seizure meds. I’ve never had any issues with them effecting these or my others.
