These were a gift and the recipient was pleased. From what I gather, Netrunner is a hard core game - for those who are very experienced at playing these sorts of games - and patient enough to absorb the instructions. My kids are really pleased with it now that they've learned it.

Crucial
Another crucial data pack in the LCG Netrunner series! Lots of very good cards are included in this pack alone.

A good addition in Spin cycle.
A great addition for NBN, Weyland and generally corp side. RSVP (4 str code gate, put it on your Sansan/ Ash/ NAPD contracts and watch runners weep) and Sweeps week ( 9 credits against Andy's first hand) have become auto include in my NBN. TGTBT (1 3/1 NBN agenda) for a time being replaced some of the 4/2 agendas in NBN but on closer look you can work without it. Veteran's program (neutral agenda) Punitive counterstrike and Curtain Wall all work great for Weyland decks. Shock! is nice in Jinteki but I suppose H&P has brought even better cards that can cause damage from Archives (Shock! gives 1 net damage upon access, no matter where it is from). For runners: Lawyer up helps remove crim those tags from account siphons. Sharpshooter is a nice shaper breaker (pesky AP subroutines). Garrotte is another sentry breaker for crim but I have not used it personally. Overall this data pack favors corp side better.

Show Your Colors
True Colors kept the Spin cycle moving along. It’s truly a good data pack. And I will tell you right at the start it is well worth adding to your collection. Let’s go ahead and rate the cards like I have in all my other reviews though. *Activist Support (2) In my mind’s eye I can see some kind of crazy combo with Data Leak Reversal. But it’s probably not the greatest. Still fun to dream though. *Capstone (2.5) First off, the art is really ironic. The Professor would be one of the last identities I see making good use of this. Also the card isn’t great. While on one hand it helps make your draws more efficient. On the other hand it’s just a little too wonky to be click efficient. *Curtain Wall (4) Wow. Just wow. This is a strong piece of ice. Yes it comes with a bit of a hefty price tag. But there are tricks to get it rezzed for a few credits. This is what Weyland ice is all about. *Fenris (3) A much debated card. Some people think Fenris is strong. Others think he’s too easy to get through. I think he’s decent. Just run at least 2 of to make sure you land the brain damage. *Garrote (3) It’s arguably the best sentry breaker in the game. Unfortunately with that steep 2 MU draw back and the fact it costs 7 credits, means it doesn’t always see the most play. I think the designers were making another Torch. But that 2 MU. It’s rough. *Keyhole (4) Now here is a 2 MU card that wins games. This card can punish the corp hard. Some people hate it because they feel it slows the game down with all the shuffling. I say, if you got a tool, use it! *Lawyer Up (3) Probably the least played 3 rated (in my opinion) card in the game. It’s really good. Works well with Account Syphon. And yet it never gets ran. Even I don’t. Ironic. But there you go. *Leverage (1) The issue is that the corp will take the 2 bad pub to kill you. Or just let you prevent the damage if it’s irrelevant. Either way, it’s not going to save your bacon. *LLDS Processor (0) Garbage. I would be shocked if I ever saw anyone play this. How many times do you drop a single ice breaker, pump it once, and then win the game? Yeah me either. *Panic Button (2.5) Neat, but hard to find a deck slot for. Especially because if they get through, at 2 trash cost it’s definitely getting trashed. Hopefully someone breaks this card eventually though. *Punitive Counterstrike (4) This card makes Weyland look very scary. Well scarier I guess. Hey sweet, I stole a 3 point agenda…and not I’m dead! This card really amps the corp up even more. Like it a lot, even against a runner who has lots of link. *Rex Campaign (1) The card effect is fine. But it is too cheap to trash for what it does. Yes you can net 4 credits. But why in the world would the runner let that go? So that forces you to protect it for a minimum of 3 turns. Possibly 4. So, meh. *RSVP (3.5) Solid NBN ice. It doesn’t need an ETR routine on it. Because you are going to ETR anyway. One fun thing to do with it is bait the runner into making it through this and seeing a NAPD contracts. It makes them sad. *Sharpshooter (3) You’d think at a glance that this would be terrible. But it’s not for a very important reason; it’s a Shaper card. There are lots of ways to bring this back. Archer’s of the world beware! *Shock! (3) Cheaper than Snare! but also substantially more weak. I personally like it because you can load up your archives with them and the runner has to deal with them every time. Pretty cool. *Starlight Crusade Funding (0) Someday this may not have the distinction of being the worst Netrunner card that has ever been made. As of today it still rings true. And it will be tomorrow as well. *Sweeps Week (4) Not the best money card. Because late game you could be making very little money off it. But draw it opening hand playing Andy? So, so, so, so enjoyable. *TGTBT (3) What’s up with NBN and their acronym cards in this pack? Well they are both solid so I guess I won’t complain. I like agenda’s that protect themselves. Or have a nasty drawback for the runner. This falls into the latter. *Tsurugi (3) More ice that would love to straight up kill the runner. It’s not cheap though. *Veterans Program (3) Not bad. Especially if you have issues with bad pub. Overall: There are some strong cards in the pack like Keyhole, Punitive Counterstrike, and Sweeps Week. Maybe not a mandatory buy. But definitely an excellent add to your Netrunner collection. 2 thumbs up.

Another set of great cards!
Picked this up at my FLGS last night. I wouldn't say it's the best pack of the new cycle, but it's definitely got a few cards I'm going to use. If you're like me and buy every data pack regardless, then you're going to pick this up and be just fine with it. If you're looking for cards that are "a must" for your decks, be sure to research what comes in it. Happy running!

Don’t press the Panic Button. This data pack is almost Too Good To Be True.
Reviewed by JD Woody, host of “Live and Let Dice” on adrenalineradio.com. Alright, let’s get the bad news out of the way. Activist Support and Starlight Crusade Funding are trash. So do the other 18 cards in this data pack make up for it? In a word: yes! Keyhole is the best non-icebreaker program the ‘runner has yet. Panic Button is the best upgrade the corp has yet, especially if you really know how to use it. Shaper gets three new cards, Capstone, LLDS Processor, and Sharpshooter. Criminal adds two events, Leverage and Lawyer Up (a double event that lets you lose tags AND draw cards), as well as Garrote, its newest killer icebreaker. Over on the corp side of things we have a new agenda, Veterans Program, and an HB asset called Rex Campaign. Both of these excel at dumping bad pub. HB also adds Fenris, an illicit ICE, NBN’s new code gate ICE is RSVP, Jinteki adds Tsurugi, and Weyland Consortium throws in Curtain Wall. NBN’s new agenda TGTBT is introduced alongside Sweeps Week, a great burst economy card. Punitive Counterstrike is a Weyland operation that lives up to its name. And last but NOT least, Jinteki delivers Shock!, its best ambush yet. Even though there are a couple of lousy cards this time around, you can’t get by without True Colors. A great data pack.

There are some really strong cards in True Colours - Keyhole, Garrote, Sharpshooter, Shock and Tsurugi to name a few. Shaper and Haas Bioroid miss out a little in this but just great for bolstering the other factions with solid cards.

Incluye nuevos grupos de cartas muy interesantes, que ofrecen nuevos enfoques y posibles nuevas estrategias, tanto para Corps como para Runners.

From my personnal view, Netrunner is the best card game I ever played. While it has a stiff learning curse, it rawards you a hundred time by offering a fine ahchemy of management, bluffing, mind gaming and heroism. Don't be put off by your first contact, it reallly worth digging a little bit. This expansion is a worthy addition to your collection, and the fixed content (no rarity, just 3 copies of each defined cards, as always in a Living Card Game) ansure you a fair value for your money. Don't run without it ;-)

The photo on the Amazon page shows an English language True Colours data pack. I was sent a Spanish language pack which is useless to me. The seller is advertising falsely and wasting my time and theirs. I have returned it, of course.

Sold as an English copy, but it's actually all in Spanish.
