Very impressed so far! As an esthetician, I am picky about steamers and decided to give this one a try. It was very easy to assemble, took less than 5 minutes. The steam started coming out after less than 5 minutes of being turned on. I use distilled water to help with mineral buildup. As you can see in the photo the steam is steamin! Nice thick, warm, and fine steam. No spitting when it first came on or at any point of operation. I’m very impressed! Seems sturdy and well made. No odor in the steam off the first use. Overall I think it’s worth the money it if you’re wanting something for home use or even if you’re an established esthetician!

This machine really puts out the steam. The essential oil bar is cheesy and ineffective, but still great. Only downfall is it says not to put essential oil directly in with the water. I think I'm going to do it anyway and not fault the company if the elements quit working.

I was hesitant to purchase after seeing other reviews that it stopped working soon after purchase. I encountered the same issue where it would turn off soon after steam began. I found that you can't fill it to the max level, that is what triggers the sensors to turn it off. If you fill only halfway between low and max level it works just fine. That amount of water will provide a 15-minute steam session. Works as expected and I have had no further issues with it. I use it regularly and would recommend.

Love my new steamer and all of my clients are in love as well. I had looked for one on the Minerva website but they were expensive and had bad reviews and then I came across this one and for the money it’s so well worth it. It adds so much more to my mini spa services. You can get about 20 full minutes with the jar filled to the max line, don’t add over or it won’t work.! I had to learn the hard way and after the water heated up the jar was way to hot to remove so I had to wait for it to cool down before I could dump some out. Other than that it’s easy to fill and I like you can add essential oils to the sponges. Definitely get it you won’t regret it

Had to change my review to one star. This is the 2nd unit that malfunctioned. I have to say that the quality and longevity of this unit is questionable and only lasts for 6 months to a year at best. This unit has not been over used it's only been used 2-3 times a month and did not last. Im disappointed that I now need to buy another unit and have lost out on money. Listen to the reviews on this one guys.

The steam is thinner than expected more like a mist so I have to have it closer to clients face than my previous one, the amount of water does give me a full 30 minutes which is great for my facials, easy to assemble.

I like the powers it pulls out in the steam. My clients love it, and can feel it..but I don't like how the water holds in there, and you can't clean the water reserve. Even when running longer. It shuts off. The water gets low. But not completely gone

It works great! I use it during facial treatments at my spa. It’s great for professional use. Puts out a good amount of steam. I love that it does not make beeping noises when turning on or off. I also love that I can add water through the top and not have to take the water canister off to do it. It is also reasonably priced.

Used it 3 times and it only worked 2! Save your money!
