Easily broken - cheaply made
We had the same issue. Installed 2 days ago. Then had to change tires. Raised up camper and both of them snapped in the middle. Thanks to the Lord, we were home, not stranded somewhere.

Broke First Trip Out
Installed this product a few weeks ago as I just pulled the camper out of Storage from the winter, Monday 4/08/2024 We pulled out to go to VA, the one Side snapped 1 mile from the house and 30 seconds Later the other side followed suite.The both springs pressed against the frame of the trailer, I got it home, and went and Bought Standard Equalizers and installed them the night of the 8th and left a day late for our vacation

Not good
The media could not be loaded. First day on the trailer with no load and both sides busted! Stuck on the side of the road!!
