This one is very good for my job
This one is very good for my job, sometimes I don't understand what the patients says because they only speak Spanish, so I used this translation last weekend, then I can communicate with my pt. The sound could just come out from the phone instead of the bluetooth, so they can hear me through the speaker of my phone. No need to put the bluetooth in the patient's ear. It is just several steps to make it function. Download the Peiko APP and connect to the bluetooth, then enjoy it. My coworker loves it as well, so they asked me where i bought it. Highly recommended !!!!!! In addition, the bluetooth can stick in the ear very firm, not easy to drop off.

Could never connect this to their website or get it to work for language translation as an ear bud for phone yes but nothing else.

No directions -- so if you can find out how to use on u-tube they might be okay -- I don't have time.....

I had to factory reset my phone
It fought my phone for Bluetooth even when turned off. Must have really good wifi or service for it to work properly.

Doesn’t work
I bought this for my brother in law that lives in Malaysia but also travels to china japan Russia and other countries...thought it would be a perfect gift but unfortunately doesnt even work.... sad to say that I couldn’t return it because if he were to mail back to usa then it would have cost $60 just for shipping.
