Horrible experience. Bad service from Amazon, no compensation.
I got a used laptop, a screw was missing of bottom panel, the webcam protection layer was missing, and when I checked the warranty it started one month before I ordered.Absolutely horrible experience. And when I requested for a replacement, it was denied. I can only return it. And the sale is over so I have to pay full price if I order again.Instead of taking the risk and ordering a laptop online, it's best to go to your local store, check your laptop yourself and then purchase it.

Product with defect
I bought this product during a festive offer, everything seem to be okay except the camera lens. Lens is missing and looks like e-commerce are selling the defective products during festival seasons with extra offer which will otherwise be not sold. I suggest everyone to check if warranty has been registered against the product as soon as they receive it. To ensure it's not a used one.
