Because of scar tissue from a mastectomy, my surgeon didn’t anticipate the normal range of motion after a reverse shoulder replacement last winter. Once the therapist gave the ok for weight-bearing exercise, and showed me the technique to use, I began using this tool. My range of motion is now beyond that forecasted by the doc, and my strength increases regularly. The surger took away the pain, and this bar has been instrumental in gaining strength and range of motion. It is also much easier to store than most therapy tools.

What is there to say about a weight bar? This one is fine. The grip is fine. It's easy to store. It doesn't have any odor to it like many new things. I've used for a while now, and I have no complaints about it.

This bar adds a little extra resistance to my circuit workout. I would recommend it..
