Arnold Xtreme .105-Inch x 165-Foot Professional Grade String Trimmer Line

The best weed eater cord I've ever used. It holds up to really tough weeds and grass a lot longer than any of its competitors. It's square rather than round shape makes it really cut much better than most other weed eater cord. I've used this particular brand of weed eater cord for several years and I wouldn't recommend any other brand or style cord.

The best trimmer line I have ever used. I can go for miles on just trimming grass. I live on 35 acres and have many areas of HEAVY growth, including pond weeds that can get 1/2 inch or an inch or so in size at the stalk. This line rips through with NO problems whatsoever, even younger hard wood growth. If I'm just on grass, I never have to tap for more line. When I do have to get more line fed through, in hard wood growth, larger weeds or when I whack the fence posts repeatedly, this line lasts 3-4 times longer than any that I have tried. The color is nice you can actually see it so not hitting the fence posts is possible too.

I have a steel gas powered weed trimmer, and have used 105 for years, I’ve even used this brand for years, however… This latest batch is bigger than .105. It does not feed. Too bad, it seems like a good value.

Some durable trimmer line. Advertised at .105, but it does seem to run a bit thick compared to others with the same diameter. Was forced to return it because it only fit one of my trimmers, and that was just barely... Quality is there, but it just does not work for every trimmer - regardless if the trimmer of accepting of .105 or not.

I have worn out one Stihl 130R and I am several years into another one. As much as I like Stihl trimmers their line cannot hold a candle to this line. It lasts a long time and cuts great. The only way I won't have this on my trimmer is that it is no longer available.

The shape of this one does not last as long as a round one. And it does not straighten out very much because it's been spooled so it doesn't fully cut the full length

Just suck it up and buy one of the Echo premium lines or you will be changing it every 5 minutes. This line might be great for a very tidy yard that is small but it doesn’t stand a chance on rural acreage. Chunks of this line actually flew off and hit me in the face while trimming thick grass in my ditches.

It threads into my the grass trimmer head easier than my previous trimmer string. Its advertised as professional grade, that's why I purchased it, but I cannot tell that it lasts any longer than the other, which was not listed as being professional grade.

I had to cut down a couple of big fields for clients & went with this .105 red line, terrible if there are hardy weeds mixed in as I had to refill line every 15 minutes as line kept breaking. However, if you just have long grass without anything else in between, it worked very well for that. Recommend blue .105 line as that worked awesome for hard weeds & grass mixture.
