I originally rated this product as poor because it burst on me after only 3 months of use. I told 3KM of my disappointment and within 24 hours I got a reply. They expressed an apology and said that shouldn't have happened. Without asking why, they immediately sent me another hose which I received within the week. I'm very impressed with the company that stands by its products. I am using the hose now and its working great, taking care to follow the guidelines of its use. I'd buy the hose again once my current one, if and when, it wears out. The 3KM company also deserves the 5 stars for its customer service.

This hose is a wonderful product. The hose and sprayer are very durable and multifunctional with high quality fittings. I love how many spray functions are in the nozzle and how the hose doesn’t kink up. I love that it has a money back guarantee as well. I highly recommend it!

I have bought flexible hoses from retails stores before, but they seemed to always fail after a few months. The flexible garden hose by 3KM is made of better materials (brass fitting, heavier hose). My first day of using, I forgot to disconnect from the spigot and it froze that night. The next day, I check it and found no damage. The flexibility of the hose expanded to compensate for the freezing water. When it thawed out later that day, it worked like brand new. I really appreciate the spray nozzle. It has 9 different settings that we can use for different purposes. Great product.

Purchased this hose in January 2018 and started using it in April. Nothing major or hard use. Occasional washing the car and the last month watering some flowers twice a day.. Went to use it today and when I turned the water on the water leaks out of the hose somewhere in the middle of the hose. Not at either of the connector ends. They have a 30 day return policy. What a waste of money. $40 plus for a heavy duty expandable hose that lasted 3 months. Total rip off. Do not buy the BKM Junk.You have never replied to my original question on warranty. You ask me to respond to a link from the purchase and that has expired. How are you going to take care of it if I cannot reply. BKM needs to be taken off of Amazon.

I love this hose. I grew up with the heavy rubber hoses that tangle and get stiff. Using this hose is like going to hose heaven. It's light and flexible and easy to manipulate. I'm impressed by the fact that it comes with quality brass fittings and an on/off valve at the nozzle end. The hose also comes with 2 extra rubber washers, a multi spray pattern pistol grip sprayer and its own drawstring storage bag. It doesn't seem like much when you first connect it but when you turn on the water, the hose quickly expands to its full 50 feet. What's even better is when you turn it off and let the excess water drain from the nozzle, the hose quickly contracts to an easy to handle size. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I've had this hose for about 2 months and use it for watering the garden and the lawn. The construction is very good quality, it does not kink and it is light and easy to move around. It has a lever to increase or decrease the flow of water which is nice. I've purchased the ones seen on TV before and was not happy with them. This one is definitely a keeper. I bought a second hose for the backyard.It came with a carrying/storage bag which I may or may not use in the winter to store it. It also came with a very nice nozzle that is also made of very good quality. Some nozzles are cheaply made but this one is holding up nicely.The only drawback is I bought it to use with the heavy 'crawling tractor' sprinkler because I was tired of dragging heavy hoses around the yard. Unfortunately, it does not work with that sprinkler. The hose is not thick enough to keep the tractor on top of the hose but overall I'm very happy as I can use it in other areas. I would recommend this hose and I would buy it again.

Very well constructed and easy to use hose set. Comes with a really nice and solid brass coupler with a shutoff that easily threads into the included hose end sprayer. Also the bag makes it so easy and clean to store while the design of the hose is sooo much easier to move around the yard. This is definitely a must have for every homeowner with a lawn or garden who is sick of lugging around heavy hoses that kink!

Great quality, the material is flexible yet tough. It certainly beats my old mildewy hose. The sprayer has multiple settings and the nozzle material is brass so I don't think that will rust any time soon. Happy with my purchase!
