Well about time I got a really good quality chair, it's so comfortable ,was a lot of bits to put together, but easy to assemble , but it is worth it, very pleased with this chair ,I have no complaints about it at all,it's a chair you want , need when working from home. I'm fibromyalgia sufferer so it's important to have that comfort and support on my lumber, back and my legs.Worth the money

Very easy to assemble with clear instructions, only needs one person. Chair is very comfortable, well padded and sturdy. Arms seem less sturdy, I have made sure the bolts are tight but the 'wobble' might be linked to the need for the arms to move with the back, not a major issue though. I bought the model with built in massage feature because it was cheaper than the one without. Not particularly bothered by the massage feature and it can be quite noisy, once again not a major issue. It is quite a large chair and very comfortable.

Great chair very comfy , works great. Looks great , defo worth the money , recliner is safe and sturdy , foot stool could be sturdier but it's OK, love the back support , the only complaint , you have to assemble every part of it and I mean all wheels , wheel arms , plate under chair the lot and instructions are not that clear , but I do love the chair and delivery was quick !

Easy to assemble. Not as comfortable as it looks. Average office chair. 'Massage?' not that great either. But it was cheap, considering.

Very comfortable. Easy to use and has a nice massage function. Very easy to put together on arrival. Not too heavy. Very good quality.

I purchased this office chair and I was very disappointed with product.1. It was not as the picture. the support were much more pronounced in the picture on amazon when I got the chair it was not as the picture the support was much flatter so no real support.2. Very uncomfortable over long periods of sitting in the chair3. The massage function worked but the controller did not, so the massage function was on all the time.4. I am so disgusted with the product I cannot bring myself to contact the supplier and make a complaint Instead I got ride of it.In my opinion the product was not worth the money I spent.

I waited for months to get this and what a big, fat, disappointment it is. First problem, it's not USB chargeable. There's a mains plug and I don't want to sit in a chair that's plugged into the mains. To use it where I want it, there's an extension lead dragging across the floor. Not safe. It doesn't massage anyway, it just vibrates and to get the points in the right places, you'd have to be a right weird shape.The seat isn't long enough and the foot rest only comes to your calfs, the tubes are weak so it's very unstable. Also, you can't lock the spin. The arms wobble a bit too. This is a prime example of 'you only get what you pay for.' There is one pro though, It does look nice.

Firstly the delivery, this was very quick! The instructions made it very easy to assemble. Chair Is sturdy unlike others out there. The only downside is arms are a bit loose but nothing to put you off buying it, May be i need to tightened them more. Apart from that do not hesitate buying this chair. Very comfortable
