Meet the Kings of Sin . . . The must-read billionaire romance from the bestselling author of the Twisted series. 'Get ready for all the spice, all the build-up and all the sizzling tension' GLAMOUR Read King of Sloth now for a steamy reverse grumpy sunshine romance. He'd never wanted anyone enough to chase them . . . until he met her . Charming, easy-going, and rich beyond belief, Xavier Castillo has the world at his fingertips. He also has no interest in taking over his family's empire (much to his father's chagrin), but that hasn't stopped women from throwing themselves at him . . . unless the woman in question is his publicist. Nothing brings him more joy than riling her up, but when a tragedy forces them closer than ever, he must grapple with the uncertainty of his future - and the realization that the only person immune to his charms is the only one he truly wants. *** Cool, intelligent, and ambitious, Sloane Kensington is a high-powered publicist who's used to dealing with difficult clients. However, none infuriate - or tempt - her more than a certain billionaire heir, with his stupid dimples and laid-back attitude. She may be forced to work with him, but she'll never fall for him . . . no matter how fast he makes her heart beat or how thoughtful he is beneath his party persona. He's her client, and that's all he'll ever be. Right? King of Sloth is a steamy reverse grumpy sunshine billionaire romance. It includes explicit content and profanity. I needed her the way the ocean tides needed the moon, and I would give anything for her to feel a fraction of the same way toward me.” I just finished "King of Sloth" and I'm absolutely speechless! Sloane and Xavier have completely captivated me. I'm head over heels in love with this book—Ana has outdone herself yet again! This is the fourth book in the Kings of Sin series, featuring a delicious mix of tropes: forced proximity, billionaire settings, and a reverse grumpy x sunshine romance where he falls first—my favorite! And, oh my, it's fantastic! "King of Sloth" feels fresh and different, yet it still possesses all the elements I adore in Ana's writing. This series just keeps getting better and pulling me in deeper with each book. I'm always left eagerly awaiting the next one. Ana Huang's characters burst with life, and I find myself devouring her books far too quickly. In this instalment, Xavier, a billionaire playboy, epitomizes a life of indulgence and ease. Sloane, a powerful publicist, is tasked with keeping his family's reputation pristine. Xavier flirts incessantly, charming his way under Sloane's skin until she opens up about her troubled family background. It's beautiful to witness her vulnerability and how their romance sweetly unfolds from there. I absolutely loved that Xavier appreciated Sloane for her personality and "flaws," rather than focusing on her physically. The effort and care he invests in her are genuinely touching. “Just shut up and follow me,” I snapped, wishing I had a wittier reply. “Yes, ma’am.” His cheeks dimpled. “I love a woman in charge.” ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ “You would rather watch a rom-com about a witch and a plumber falling in love than attend a costume party with celebrities?” “One hundred percent. As long as I’m watching it with you.” Sloane Kensington is more than a character; she's an icon, a legend—she is the moment. Her relatability, from her insecurities and coping mechanisms to her emotional depth, struck a chord with me. Her family was infuriating, yet she transformed that adversity into strength, emerging as a fiercely independent and resilient woman. "King of Sloth" was one of my most anticipated reads this year, and it completely lived up to my expectations. The banter, tension, flirting, pining, and romance were all pitch-perfect. It might just be my favourite book in the Kings of Sin series so far. Now, with a year to wait for "King of Envy," I'm already buzzing with excitement. Ana also masterfully connects characters from previous series, enhancing the depth and enjoyment of her storytelling universe. Plus, the cameos from the Twisted series added a delightful touch. This was was definitely my favourite in the series so far, Sloane and Xavier were on another level Sloane and Xavier were everything to me. Their chemistry was absolutely scorching! Xavier's development and growth were, in my opinion, very believable and well done. His character was a breath of fresh air, and I liked how he wasn’t written like your typical MMC. The way he lightens around Sloane and she makes him more focused, and how they heal each other's broken pieces it was so good, they are just the perfect fit. This book shines the spotlight on Sloane, the ice queen of the group. While she's always been portrayed as aloof and distant, this time around, I found myself seeing things from her perspective. She maybe be ‘grumpy’ but that didn’t define her and she definitely had her reasons, I feel even calling her grumpy isn’t correct because she had a troubled past that gave her a penchant for keeping her emotions in check, Sloane resonated with me on a personal level. Xavier, on the other hand, is the polar opposite of Sloane. He is the epitome of laid-back charm, and radiates sunshine. With his carefree attitude and stupidly charming dimples, he's like a breath of fresh air in Sloane's meticulously ordered world. But he too had a past he was hiding from and feelings he didn’t want to feel, and they both brought those emotions out of each other in the lost beautiful ways. With a fun addicting plot and Ana’s steamy scenes, this book is a perfect romance! I loved seeing all the previous couples and the little details about the Twisted couples. I cannot wait for the next book!

I need me an Xavier ! x
I fell in love with Sloane and Xavier almost instantly. This book has some of my favourite tropes ever and I have literally finished it in one sitting. Sloane has this tough exterior and needs to have control over everything and once we see why this is and we get her backstory my heart hurt for her. She’s hardworking and so far has been immune to Xavier’s charms but that all changes and she’s starting to see him in a different light while also letting her guard down to him too. I love how she took everything head on, whatever the challenge or set back she doesn’t let it get to her. Xavier was perfect! I am a huge lover of the grumpy girl x sunshine boy trope and he was the sweetest. He stole my heart immediately. He does anything for anyone, is all charms and he fell so hard for Sloane and I liked how he just went for what he wanted, and how he helped Sloane to let go and enjoy life. They had the best banter, he spoiled her and got beneath her tough exterior and they were so beautiful together. My favourite thing about this book is that both Sloane and Xavier have had similar experiences. There is the theme of loss, fear of rejection and wariness of love, but it also shows the beauty of opening up to someone and that comfort they provide. I adore Anas writing style, I was fully immersed and as always, loved seeing people from the previous books too. There are a few hints at who the next books could be about and I am so intrigued! I am excited for Vuk as I felt so drawn to his story. Another amazing addition to this series x

king of my heart
Xavier, billionaire playboy has never had to work for anything. But this party animal’s image needs rescuing, so his father hires a PR Manager to help. Sloane is the hardworking, independent women who has no time for her client’s bull. She’s dedicated to her job and wants to do it well. When Xavier convinces Sloane to take a vacation to relax & unwind, she’s faced with trying to navigate her new feelings for her client. Will the ice queen crack? Xavier, facing a family ultimatum, will he take charge for once in his life? This was another perfect addition to the King of Sin series! I absolutely love our strong FMC Sloane who develops a sweet spot for the cheeky and charming MMC and that’s exactly what Xaiver is! He is down BAD for Sloane and would do anything for her - *swoon*. As much as I love the romance, this book had a fun plot line too which keeps you turning for more. Matching the title, Xaiver was a real “sloth”. I connected with him a lot purely because if I was a billionaire, I too would not like to work. It felt more realistic and refreshing. The chemistry was easy to feel off the page – it’s true what they say, opposites do attract! The spice…chef kiss. Ana’s books are always hooking and entertaining. She makes me fall in love with another character couple while also fuelling an interest for the next. We also get camos of old and new (side eye) characters in the Ana universe and I’m already counting down the days for the next book release! I already suspect that the next book, King of Envy will be my fave in the series. If you’ve not started the King of Sin series, then I highly recommend you do! Format: E-book Rating: 4 stars Spice: 2 Tropes: opposites attract he falls first grumpy girl x sunshine boy billionaire trial dating forced proximity Key info: character driven medium pace characters with development flaws of main character is a focus dual POV 1st Person book #4 in the Kings of sin - standalone series

king of sloth is a five star read
king of sloth by Ana Huang ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sloane Kensington has her own business as publicist, she is also known as the ice queen by her family and ex-fiancé. She deals with a lot of difficult clients, but no one compares or even comes close to Xavier Castillo. He is known as the son of a billionaire who does nothing but party and drink almost every weekend, has no care or responsibilities. Xavier’s father has asked Sloane to help build up his son’s reputation. Xavier and Sloane have a deal where he has to attend his father’s honour ceremony, and she has to spend one week on vacation with him. I’d first like to thank @anahuang for allowing me to form part of her ARC team, I feel so honoured. love this book community so much and I felt so grateful when I received the email🫶🏻 king of sloth is the fourth book in the king of sin series and it might have become my favourite Ana Huang book ever!! Like I love twisted games but king of sloth is just everything for me. Ana has become one of my favourite and auto buy authors, she has a way with her words and the way she writes her books that just makes me not want to put them down. I fell in love with this book almost immediately, I had a feeling that Sloane’s story would be my favourite from this series, and I wasn’t wrong! I love how there is so much character development, not only as a couple but individually too. They are complete opposites, she’s so grumpy and stubborn, and he likes to have fun and is so carefree, but they couldn’t be more well suited for each other. oh and let me tell you that we get little cameos of characters from the twisted series, this felt like a warm hug🥹🫂 I really didn’t want this book to end, I enjoyed it so much and I won’t stop recommending it. in her acknowledgments she mentions that this book has been described as a love letter to rom-coms and I couldn’t agree with that more if I tried. pls do yourself a favour and get yourself a copy.. like you seriously won’t regret it.

King of Sloth 🦥
“𝐗𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐫, 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫.” “𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲’𝐥𝐥 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨.” I am completely and utterly obsessed with ana’s newest book, king of sloth. Since reading the twisted series from ana two years ago nearly, i’ve been obsessed with each and every book she has bought out. When the kings of sin series was first published, i knew i’d have to read each and everyone. It’s safe to say i have not been disappointed, at all! Until now, king of wrath has continued to keep itself as my favourite of the series. After reading ‘King of Sloth’, i’m now at a loss as to which is my favourite! Xavier & Sloane had me absolutely hooked from the very first page, I was desperate to not put the book down - I clearly didn’t put it down considering I finished it the day it was released 🙈 Xavier is absolutely obsessed with Sloane and i’m so here for it! He cares for very little around him and makes it quite obvious, work, his reputation, his family business, etc., but takes the time to notice and remember everything about Sloane! From the way she dresses to the foods she eats on what occasion, this man is wrapped around her finger and she doesn’t even realise. Do yourself a massive favour, read this book!

One of the best books
Downright one of my favourite books and definitely one of my favourites by Ana Huang. The characters are multi-dimensional, have multiple shades to themselves. I love that the grumpy is a woman and she is the one with a more mainstream job than the MMC which is a rare thing. There are moments when you get too involved. The pace is amazing, just perfect and, I love the chemistry between the characters and the development of their relationship. The book avoids cliches and is a good read. To put things into perspective, I bought it AFTER reading a borrowed copy from my best friend. Love it. Please give it a read

another great story!
4 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ TROPES: forced proximity 💙 he falls first ⏱️ grumpy x sunshine 💙 billionaire romance ⏱️ interracial romance 💙 "our live's weren't perfect, but here, together, we were at peace." well this wasn't my favorite king of sin book in the series by far the book was still exceptionally good. but i will say sloane has to be one of my favorite girl's so far throughout this series. i find i can somewhat relate to her. from her fiesty attiudude to her caring persona she was much different from the others. at time's in this book i really wish i had her confidence! 👏🏻 and dont forget about xavier the hottie colombian dude. 🥵 i found around the first 40% of the book wasn't my favourite. slow yet not very intriguing. it hadn't really caught my attention very much but then the further on i went the more interesting it had became! you could really see the character developement for xavier, how when he and sloane started dating and also finding out about the will changes from his father. he smarted up his act no longer acting 20 when he was almost 30. (by goofing off and making headlines everywhere he goes getting into trouble) not all books have to end with getting married, having baby's or even proposing. at that's what i liked about this extended epoilgue. they didn't get married, or have any baby's (yet) and no proposing happened. because maybe that wasn't in the card's for them but i find it's always nice not to end a story every single time with those achievements! but i did find it so cute that she got him a chocolate lab like he had when he was a kid. that made my heart so happy! 💗 ・゚° pre-review 💙 —> hoping this meets up to my expectations because i’m so freaking excited! 01/05/24

love grumpy girls
ik vond dit echt een topboek! zeker omdat nu de rollen eens omgedraaid waren en het een grumpy vrouw was en een happy man. de verhaallijn was ook mooi uitgeschreven.
