Product description Zero Noodles are made from Konjac Glucomannan which is a natural soluble fibre produced by the Konjac Plant which is then mixed with water to produce the noodles. The noodles are white/translucent in colour and slightly gelatinous in texture; they are contained in water and packaged in plastic bags. Zero Noodles are relatively tasteless, as is pasta or rice, and absorb the flavour of the food and sauce in which they are cooked in. Before consuming, noodles must be rinsed well under warm water and then dried with kitchen paper before then adding to the cooked food and simmering for a further 3 minutes until heated through. Love these, most negative reviews are from people who dont rinse first and dont cook with a meal that has a sauce or liquid base. I cook up a healthy meal usually with some stock or soup, low calorie but as i like to eat large meals i bulk out them with these. The extra fibre helps as well. I rinse, use half simmering in the meal im cooking and keep the other half in a screw lid jar filled with fresh water and use the next day. I can eat filling meals but keep the calorie content low, lots of veg, some protein, chopped tomotoes, stock or soup, any herbs or spices to taste, throw in the noodles and simmer.

Couldn’t give 100% with flavour as they don’t taste, but they take on the flavour of whatever they are served with. Great for Ketone

Good product
Soak the noodles out of the packet for 10 mins in cold water and the fishy smell others complain about goes. Each portion is adequate for 1 person and when cooked with a beef/chicken stock the noodles absorb the flavours and taste fantastic. The texture takes getting used to but thats just unfamiliarity. After a few meals you will know what to expect and they replace all your noodle choices.
