I had purchased this previously and used it very little. But then I hurt my Achilles and my PT suggested using a slant board. I remembered I had this one and I’ve been using it twice a day along with the other exercises. My Achilles is almost back to normal.The board itself is very sturdy and well made. I use it bare foot and it doesn’t hurt my feet at all. Besides my Achilles, it stretches out tight calves and takes the pressure off my hips and knees. If you bend your knee while on the slant board, you can get an even deeper stretch.I haven’t used the strap yet so can’t speak to that. It’s a great stretching tool that I’m glad I purchased.

I purchased this after using one in physical therapy. My current job requires a lot of computer work so my muscles get tight from sitting so much. This is a great device for stretching your quads and other muscles. Easy to use and plenty long for us tall people (I am 5'10" and still have plenty of length). This can be used while laying in your bed or on the floor on your yoga mat. It is well made and at a great price.

Had recent knee surgery this really helped getting my knee moving again. Very strong and easy to use.

I took a chance since almost everything nowadays is cheap Chinese junk, and I wasn't disappointed. This is made well, and after a few weeks of use, I don't have any fears of it falling apart. As for functionality - it works for me! I have ridiculous tightness in my legs that effects my back, and despite stretching every which way it never really goes away. Using this thingy makes a difference for me... it allows me to stretch face-down and pull my legs to my back, or use it on my back to stretch my legs every which way possible. It's helped me, I hope it helps you also.
