Fantastic Spirit Box!
Fantastic features! I really like this box. One of the features, is the mute feature. This can actually be performed 3 different ways. One, is by pressing the mute button itself. The other is by turning on the rem or ir functions and muting it by touching the rem area at the lower front of the box, the other is by putting your hand or finger at the top near the ir hardware. By doing either, the box will mute. The really cool thing about using the rem or ir feature to mute, is that you can self mute the box, then you can ask a spirit to touch the box in either areas, and the box will start sweeping and the spirit can then talk. So its not just trying to listen for spirit voices, you can actually get the spirit to prove its there, by touching the box, which turns on the box. I love this thing!

Quality of the PSB7 spirit box
It works well for me, had some interesting results from it. Well made, it arrived well packaged, ads expected. Make sure you read the directions to understand those button functions. Great value. Sounds good.

GREAT product for my home paranormal use.
I love these spirit boxes. I am working to communicate with my family. I do believe that using the Spirit boxes does give them the added energy to communicate as my night security footage is showing lots more activity.

Seller provided excellent customer service
Item did not work as I expected, it could have been user error or something was wrong with it. I gave this item 5 stars not for the item itself but for the customer service this seller provided. Good Customer service these days is hard to find and when you have a company/site it is important not only your products are good but customer service is good as well. I would purchase again from this seller.

Doesn't work like the original, but better quaility
Bought it expecting it to work better than the original SB7. I noticed Zak Bagans from ghost adventures will use it sometimes, then switch back to the original SB7. Just am not getting as many voices as I did on the original SB7. Tried different settings, maybe I'm just having no luck. Or its not as good as the original. But is better quality and functionality.
