Worst experience ever
Absolutely terrible.The filter arrived faulty, with a hole in the bottom of it which caused it to leak all over my kitchen and floor, causing huge damage. I contacted the manufacturer in the USA and they advised me to return it due to a manufacturing fault.After returning it with great difficulty, the seller refused to give me a full refund and has kept the majority of my money even though it was damaged during manufacturing.I have complained to Amazon and have tried to get a refund through them and after more than 3 weeks of chasing them up, I still haven't got my full refund.I really regret buying this from this seller and wish I could turn back the clock and reverse my decision.Avoid buying this at all costs!
