Ear buds work good, but makes hearing very loud and takes a while to get use to. There is no loud ringing. My dad says he can hear a lot better.😄

Had to send these back. In addition to making every ambient sound loud they squeal very loud when putting them in your ear or trying to adjust the setting. They also pick up your voice making it uncomfortable to talk.

hard to control/understand volume control ... alot of echo/static. dad did NOT like at all, too "confusing" for him.

The price was reasonable but the product was not functional. When you put these in all you hear is everything that is overwhelming because there is no method to equalize the sounds the device amplifies. Would rather spend the extra cost on a solid more advanced product that will allow for adjustments. Even at the lowest setting the ears are over sensitive to the smallest noise. Made it very difficult to even test the item and was not able to keep them in the ears due to the extreme sound they made in the ears.

Bought this for my father-in-law, he wanted something that does not look like a hearing aid.The unit works well, and stays in his ear much better than the ***pod look-a-like units. The only minor "thing", is that the volume control is very sensitive. When taken out of the small charging unit, the volume shrill is unavoidable. Very noticeable to people around you. Not a problem for us, but it is the only complaint I received.
