Perfect for baking sable cookies!
I bought these to make Dorie Greenspan's sable cookies and they work so wonderfully I bought a second set! While one batch is cooling the second batch is baking. Very solid and well made. I've used them on six different sable cookie recipes and they come out perfect every time. Worth the investment.
