Works great in the barn for the barn cats to have drinking water throughout the cold season.

This bowl does exactly what I need it to do. Keeps that water thawed out in the freezing cold Montana winters. Just plug it in and fill the bowl and it stays a great temperature.Our only problem with it is that our outdoor kitty has turned the bowl into her own personal hottub. She has a heated cathouse but has decided that she prefers the bowl on cold days. But us a good model for how big the and how deep the bowl is.

Although this water bowl is advertised for dogs, I found it to be totally sufficient for my chickens. I got tired of going out each freezing morning to pour hot water on my traditional chicken waterer’s with the cups, breaking the ice and adding hot water to main supply. With this heated water source I don’t have to worry about water being available at all times for my chicken’s. And it doesn’t make the water too warm, although I must add my chickens seem to prefer cold water over slightly warm, even when the air outside is freezing. Overall, this is a great asset.it is built very well. The cord is very substantial and material well insulated.

Disappointed. Water stays warm for animals and constantly quickly evaporating because of the heat. You can see it steaming.

I bought this for my chickens to have water during the cold part of the winter. Worked great. Would highly recommend for any animal that is outside during the colder weather.

Bought 2 for feral cats, and they came through very bitter temps because they had water!Good size. pretty sturdy. They will not be turning it over easily either. Solidly stout!Keeps water above freezing even in sub zero temps.GOOD Product!

This is a very nice sturdy large water bowl for my cats. Has a heavy duty cord. Works very well. When temperatures were low the water was a nice temp ....no frozen water....cat went right to it and started drinking as soon as I plugged it in. Highly recommend

I live in KC,MO and the temp for the last 5 days has been below zero one day it was -20 wind chill! I had it out in our pole barn for the chickens, it never once frosted or iced over. I have had many heated bowls and this one is superior! I am telling you it is so easy to keep clean and you never have to worry if your animals can get water. I will buy this again and get the bigger size. You will not be disappointed!

This heated bowl is working great! It's kept the water liquid in -40°C weather. It scrubs out pretty easily, too. Holds about 2L. And if it gets emptied, it doesn't get so hot as to harm the animals. It also makes a nice heated bed for a roughly 4-month-old stray kitten when it's been emptied.

It’s a bowl , for water , keep it warm , plug it at night , unplug in the morning when it’s not that cold , enjoy , homemade pasta is so good

It definitely works, it's a good size and the farm cats love it. Trial by fire literally it was -30'C and lower without the windchill and it was letting the outdoor cats have water.Metal armoured cord is 👍Thermostatic control is 👍Low power at 30W is 👍The price and quality is 👍The cats think it's 👍The only downside is that it's not grounded but it's completely plastic, so it should be okay. Hopefully it lives a long life and keeps the kitties happy.

I'm sure this will be great when its -20c but when its -1c to -5c or so the water is quite warm.

Works very well and it’s been quite cold here.Would highly recommend for wildlife water source. Birds love it.
