Sure beats Pillows
I recently underwent a total knee replacement. I wrestled with multiple pillows stacked to keep my knee and leg elevated, until I found this product on Amazon. What I like about it is that it has 3 separate pieces, so you can adjust the height. The pieces velcro together, so there is no shifting. It also comes with a trough that helps keep your leg in place. It is covered in a soft velour like material that is easily removed for cleaning. There are cloth handles on the end of the wedge that helps with adjustment as well as a handle on the side for easy carrying. I can't say enough good things about this product.

Better than a stack of pillows, Worth the purchase!
This arrived quickly post ACL reconstruction surgery. Used a stack of pillows the first night and it was a disaster. This provides full leg support and graded elevation. Weighted enough not to slide or tip over, yet light enough to move to get out of bed. It's cover is minky soft and doesn't add heat or make your leg sweaty or stick.Worth every penny spent.

Had No Idea How Much I Needed This
I seriously couldn't be happier with this purchase. I had foot surgery and need something to elevate my leg. Stacking my pillows at home for 2 weeks was uncomfortable, unideal, and hard to keep in place. This pillow is SO PERFECT. It's incredibly soft!!! Truly fantastic material and so cozy. When I need extra help, I use the highest setting, but when I sleep it's more comfortable on the lowest height.I highly recommend for below the knee injuries. ( I cannot speak to knee injuries)Edit: also works well as a cat pillow. Might buy another for said spoiled cat because it doesn't function as well with a cat in the way

Comfortable, suitable for sleeping elevation.
Using this after big-toe surgery (chielectomy) for sleeping. Far better than using stacked pillows in that its ramp supports your hamstring -- put your foot on it and slide it all the way up to your hamstring. Also, since there is a channel, your foot stays in the middle.Very comfortable, hardly know it is there. Only thing I'd improve is the velcro'd straps are a little flimsy; it would be better of there was velcro sandwiched between the two pieces instead of having the straps at all.

Not recommended for total knee replacement
Website articles and orthopedic surgeons indicate after total knee replacement ,knee must be kept STRAIGHT. The device is designed to have the knee bent. Pillow is comfortable and by turning backwards and placing a pillow underneath to create a 45 deg angle it keeps the knee straight.Another great use is to help postitioning a laptop in bed. Turn it upside down and place over your good leg. Creates a stable stand for the laptop. Device firm and very comfortable. Would buy again
